Carl M. Freeman Associates, Inc. was formed by Mr. Carl M. Freeman in 1947 – and remain family owned and operated today.
This business is a classic American entrepreneurial success story. In our early years, the company
changed the suburban landscape across the United States and brought families great apartment living,
their first single family homes and convenient places to shop and congregate.
Overall, we are known as a company that is “pure Americana” and completely committed to “doing the right thing” – a notion that is
supported by countless stories of life and industry changing developments during the past 60 years.
