Carl M. Freeman Companies, proud owners of the Cabin John Mall and Shopping Center announce plans to hold a free community event at their Potomac, Maryland shopping centers. The Fall Festival event will be held in the parking lot Saturday, October 6th from 12-2 pm and will include a special workshop to create your own fall scarecrow decoration. All of the materials and instruction you need to make your own personal scarecrow are provided or you are welcome to bring an old pair of jeans and a long–sleeved shirt for your own personal touch. Scarecrow decorations are yours to keep. Several of the shopping center merchants will be participating in the event with special promotions during the workshop.
