NVHomes to Build in Bayside Community in Sussex County, Delaware

The Carl M. Freeman Companies (CMF Companies) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with NVHomes to build and sell upscale residences in the CMF Companies' Bayside Community of Fenwick Island, DE. Previously, CMF Companies successfully developed the Sea Colony and Village at Bear Trap Dunes communities at the Delaware beaches in addition to other successful residential and retail developments in the mid-Atlantic region.
Bayside is an award winning and best-selling classic resort community of energy-efficient and stunning town homes, elegant single family homes, and spacious condominiums - all inspired by New England coastal towns. The existing 430 homeowners enjoy the community's open meadows, woodlands and marshes as well as the convenience of shops within walking distance.
