Carl M. Freeman Companies Announce Acquisition of Baltimore, MD

Neighborhood Shopping Center

 

Rockville, MD – May 29, 2013 — A leader in high quality retail and residential community-oriented development, Carl M. Freeman Companies announce the acquisition of King’s Court Shopping Center, 9504-9544 Philadelphia Road, Rosedale, MD 21237. The 65,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center is anchored by Mars Supermarket and includes Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Hut, and Old Philadelphia Inn.

Freeman Companies will manage the retail space at the King’s Court, conveniently located in the Baltimore suburb of Rosedale with a five-mile population density of more than 231,000 and easy access from routes 40, 695, and I-95.
