The Carl M. Freeman Companies Launches Year-Long Special Anniversary Celebrations
Celebrating 70 years as leaders in innovative and trailblazing commercial and residential development and management throughout the Mid-Atlantic, the Carl M. Freeman Companies announced a slate of anniversary events including community service projects, block parties and special concerts.

Freeman is designing an array of opportunities to celebrate the wide-ranging community building and impact achieved over the seven decades. Current and past employees, residents, shop owners and community leaders will gather to mark the milestone and do some good in the process. Every anniversary event will carry a philanthropic component from clean-up projects to activities for military families in need.
This June a special celebration at Bayside, Freeman’s award-winning community in Fenwick Island, Delaware will bring together residents and guests. Later this Fall, the company will also hold a special event for employees and their families at the Freeman Farm in Olney, Maryland. The event will also honor key company stakeholders including investors, community activists and elected officials.
In addition to celebratory events, Freeman is launching a comprehensive social media campaign for everyone to share their special story. Content will be curated and shared to highlight the broad range of perspectives from employees, customers and members.
