Land Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

Administrative and Coordination Support to the Community Development Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support Community Development Team with administrative tasks
• Assist managers with land budget creation
• Assist with bidding, evaluation, and vendor selection
• Manage contracting process for land development and acquisition trades
• Create POs and work orders for on-going projects.
• Manage vendors to ensure compliance with company requirements
• Work with Finance on land vendor payments and lien releases
• Assist leadership in managing development budgets
• Work with land managers and finance team in completing cash flow projections for all land development budgets to include working with land development managers to understand each community’s timeline
• Perform all duties as assigned
• Two (2) year minimum experience in construction engineer
• Intermediate expertise with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Work
• High School diploma, 2 or more years of college preferred
• Detailed Oriented, work well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
• Strong Communication skills, written and verbal
• Minimum High School Diploma
Working Conditions:

• Weekend, evening and some holidays will be required to meet and maintain performance goals.
