Carl M. Freeman Companies is pleased to announce Julie Linz as the winner of its 2017 Photo Contest at Bayside.
Homeowners and visitors of the Bayside community in Fenwick Island, Delaware were able to submit photos via Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter by tagging @livebayside (Instagram and Twitter) and Bayside Fenwick Island (Facebook).
Submissions for the contest ran from Friday, May 26th through Friday, September 8th. Only photos taken within Bayside qualified for the contest. Upon closing date of the contest, a panel of Bayside staff members picked the final five photos, and the winner was chosen by amount of “likes” received on Facebook! Julie Linz received over 250 likes on Facebook for her picture, which perfectly captured a peaceful moment by The Point. “This picture represents everything my family loves about our time spent in Bayside: gorgeous, expansive backdrops for all of our favorite family activities; unlimited space to pursue personal interests; and a safe haven for us to unplug from the outside world and reconnect to what’s most important to us. This image is prominently displayed in our home as a special reminder of our favorite place” As the winner of the contest, she received a brand new DJI Phantom 3 quadcopter and most entries will have their photos showcased within the property.
